This 86 Jeep Cherokee took 6 months to build from the ground up. It is a one of a kind Pro Street Jeep. It has a Chrysler 440 – .030 with approx 950 hp. The Jeep has run a best time of 9.20-149 mph in the ¼ mile. And is tagged and street driven. The engine is equip with Wesco pistons, Eagle stroker crank and h-beam rods, the cam is a .706 lift roller from Comp cams, Indy heads and roller valve train with Indy intake. Barry Grant king demon carb and Barry Grant 400 electric pump & filter. Barry Grant pro NOS fogger direct port system 300-500 hp. Custom made headers. 727 Trans with a cheata rev-man valve body and trans brake. Also has a trans, cooler with elect fan. MSD billet distributor with MSD coil and ignition wires.MSD 7-AL-3 with dial for trans, brake and tach. All Auto-meter pro lite gauges including 5in tachometer and 200mph speedometer. S&W 14point chrome moly 4130 roll cage with swing out side bars on both sides, certified to 8.50 good until 2010. Hoosier quick time pro tires 15/18.5/15 on weld pro star wheels also Hoosier slicks 15/14/15 on weld wheels. A ford 9 inch rear with strange locker & axles and 457 gears. QA-1 adjustable coil over shocks front and rear. Custom dual 3 inch exhaust with flow masters. The jeep also has a full black interior and the floor is sound proofed.
